With call centers employing more than 120 representatives, the ability to communicate in more than 100 languages, and direct access to on-site service technicians, GameCash support centers provide a single point of contact with unbeatable service. To ensure this high level of service, we have segmented our call centers into two skill sets, Customer Support is solely dedicated to servicing the cashier, while Customer Service deals directly with your players.

Knowledgeable Staff
GameCash Support Center staff consists of a Director of Client Services, Call Center Manager, Supervisors, Senior Customer Service Representatives and Customer Service Representatives. All supervisors and senior customer service representatives are on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The Support Center staff is also supported by 24 hour, seven days a week on call GameCash Technicians and on-site local field service representatives.

Rigorous Training
All representatives are put through a rigorous training course, tested and certified prior to answering incoming calls. To keep current, representatives are periodically tested and undergo regular continuing education courses.
